When a tool runs in your browser, your files often never leave your device. That is not a guarantee for every page (some tools use third-party APIs when labeled), but it is the default design goal for PracticalKit. When in doubt, read the notice on the tool page and avoid uploading sensitive data to any online service.

PNG is lossless and predictable. WebP and AVIF can be much smaller, but encoder support and visual differences vary by browser. For archival or pixel-perfect needs, prefer PNG or a dedicated lossless workflow; for web delivery, try WebP/AVIF and compare visually.

When comparing configs or API payloads, pretty-print both sides and diff line-by-line. Stable key ordering helps reduce noisy differences. Our JSON diff tool sorts object keys recursively so you can focus on real content changes.

The RGBV3D tool on this site is intended for lossless workflows. If you need maximum compatibility for sharing, export to PNG or WebP from the image tool after decoding. Always keep originals when trying new formats.
